WellStop: Horowhenua Region

WellStop Central

​The WellStop Central team covers Manawatu, Whanganui, Horowhenua and Tararua.

​The main office for the WellStop Central team is in Palmerston North. 

There is a smaller office in Levin and outreach services in Tararua.

Services in Levin

For all services please contact the Eastern/Central Regional Manager Rowena Orpet.
Concerning and Harmful Sexual Behaviour Services (CSB/HSB)
  • HSB - Services for Adults 
  • HSB - Services for Adults with an Intellectual Disability 
  • HSB – Full Service for Adolescents/Young People (13-18) (mainly referred by Oranga Tamariki)  
  • HSB – Brief Services for Adolescents/Young People (13-18) referred from the community 
  • CSB - Early Intervention Service for Children (4-12) referred by Oranga Tamariki or by family/community. 
Prevention Services
  • Concerning Sexual Ideation – Services for Adults who have thoughts about Harmful Sexual Behaviour and want to make sure they do not act on them.
Services for Those Affected by Sexual Abuse
  • ACC Sensitive claims counselling – for victims/survivors of sexual abuse and support for their family members.  
Education, Consultation and Training Services
  • Consultation and advice. Please contact the Eastern/Central Regional Manager Rowena Orpet.
  • Training for your organisation. Please discuss your training needs with the Eastern/Central Regional Manager Rowena Orpet.
