At WellStop, we’re committed to keeping you and others who use our service safe.
Before your visit, we’ll ask you to confirm that you:
have no symptoms of COVID-19 (including a cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose or temporary loss of smell or taste) and are not currently being tested for COVID-19
have not been a close contact of a confirmed or possible case of COVID-19
have not been in an MIQ facility of location of interest in the last 14 days
If any of these apply to you, please let us know as soon as possible so we can schedule your visit for another time.
We appreciate your cooperation if your clinician asks you to wear a mask while you visit (note: we do not require children under 12 to wear masks).
Our staff are vaccinated to keep you safe
As a health service, COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory for our staff at WellStop. This means all of our clinicians are vaccinated to keep you safe.
You do not need to be vaccinated or produce a vaccine pass to receive our service. However, if you are not vaccinated, please let your clinician know so that we can take extra precautions if needed.
